Megan loves to learn and continues to take coursework related to childhood development, therapeutic techniques and neuroaffirming practices in order to provide the best quality of care for every unique child. 

Therapeutic Approach:

Megan is a strong believer in children learning, developing and growing through play. She incorporates individual likes and interests in all of her sessions for motivation and engagement.

When she is not in sessions:

Megan can be found hiking with her pup, on a beach, at bookclub or spending time with friends and family.  

Erika Rosenblum, OTR/L

Erika is an occupational therapist in NYC with experience working in schools, sensory gyms, homes and through teletherapy with children ranging from pre-k to middle school aged since 2017.

Therapeutic Approach:

Erika is passionate about utilizing a multidisciplinary approach. She believes it is essential for a child’s school team, therapy team, family & caregivers to be on the same page regarding supporting a child in order to maximize the child’s success and generalization of skills.  She incorporates play via a child’s interests into every session in order for the child to leave feeling confident and mOTivated.

When she is not in sessions:

Erika enjoys reading, diner breakfasts, and roaming Central Park with her family. 

Sarah Hirsch, OTR/L

Sarah has practiced in schools and homes, working with children in person and through teletherapy from ages 2 - 14 since 2019.

Therapeutic Approach:

Sarah is passionate about developing a strong therapeutic rapport with children to nurture trust and understanding in order to facilitate therapeutic growth and progress. She believes in incorporating a child’s interests into play-based therapeutic activities and having the child be a collaborative participant in planning and executing sessions.  

When she is not in sessions:

Sarah can be found enjoying the outdoors, reading a book, cooking and baking, or spending time with friends and family.

Emily Katz, OTR/L

Manhattan and Brooklyn based

Emily is an Occupational Therapist in NYC with experience working in schools, sensory gyms, and homes since 2021.

DIRFloortime, Learning without Tears (Handwriting and Keyboarding), Interoception with Kelly Mahler, Therapeutic Listening, Safe and Sound Protocol, SPirIT of Pediatric Occupational Therapy and STEPPSI by Developmental Fx, Treating Movement Challenges in children with ASD: An NDT approach, and CASI (Certification in Ayres Sensory Integration). 

Therapeutic Approach: 

Emily values a strengths and passions based, neurodiverse affirming, joy filled approach to OT. Emily emphasizes the combination of neuroscience and play as her foundation to facilitate engaging, fun, and productive therapy sessions.  

When you are not in sessions:

When not in an OT session, you can find Emily on a run or spending time with friends and family.
